What is the latest in this class action case I read somewhere that the "duty of care" argument was rejected by the court which if true is simply stunning. Every public official has a duty of care to the public to act as any responsible person would. This is fundamental to a working democracy.
If we see justice denied which has happened in the Fidge v Pfizer and Moderna case for "dealing with GMO`s without a licence" (a serious criminal offence), then perhaps we can consider initiating a petition demanding it be heard in court. The courts are just puppets of a corrupt government so having a large response in a petition may place pressure on the tyrants in control. Just a thought.
